How to make your welcome card
Fill in your WiFi name and password, the check-out time, three to five house rules, your Google review link and a phone number for questions. The two faces of the card update on the right. Download the PDF, which is a double-sided A5 sheet: WiFi code and house rules on the front, review code and check-out checklist on the back. Print it, slide it into an A5 frame or welcome folder, and your guests have everything in one place.
Where it goes wrong
The usual problems are in the links and the paper. Check that the review link opens when you paste it in a browser, because a wrong link sends happy guests nowhere. WPA passwords must be at least 8 characters. Keep house rules short, one line each, or the text shrinks and gets hard to read. When printing, choose A5 or fit to page, and set two-sided printing to flip on the short edge so the back is not upside down. Always scan the printed sheet yourself with a phone before you leave it in the property.
Privacy and updates
The PDF is built inside your browser, so the WiFi password, your phone number and your links are never uploaded, and there is no account to create. The codes are static, which means they never expire, but they also hold the password itself. If you change the router password, open this page, change it here and print a new card. Many hosts keep a spare printed card per property, so make one for each listing with the details of that listing.

What if I change the WiFi password?
Open this page, change the password, and download a new PDF. The old printed card will not work any more, so replace it.
